For Small Spaces service offers customized pricing to groups of residents in the same apartment complex who register for weekly or bi-weekly service. In addition, customers who start apartment cleaning services through this program will receive a discount applied to their “first-time-in” service fee.
What We Offer
Living Room
- Dusting and wiping all accessible surfaces by hand or ladder
- Wiping of cupboards, shelving units, and decorative items
- Removing webs and old residue from nooks and corners
- Dusting and vacuuming all furniture and upholstery
- (Note: Shampooing is not included in the service )
- Arranging sofa cushions and bed linen
- Cupboard cleaning outside and inside
- (Note: Inside cleaning is only done upon approval)
- All contents of the cupboards are placed back as they were
- If organizing the cupboard is required please request it in the instructions
- If requested, wall stains can be removed if the paint is washable Professionals
- will not proceed with wall stain removal if there’s a risk of damaging the paint
Kitchen & Store
- Wiping cabinets and drawers and placing items back inside
- Cleaning all appliances such as fridge, cooking range,
- washing machine, and etc.
- Arranging sofa cushions and bed linen
- Wiping, degreasing, and limescale removal from kitchen appliances
Bathroom & Tiled Area
- Extensively scrubbing floors, tiled walls, and fittings. Grout removal
- washing machine, and etc.
- We use special detergents
- Wiping all mirrors, glass, decorative furniture, and ceramic fixtures
- with good quality microfiber and detergents
- Cleaning cabinets from outside
- (Note: Inside cleaning is only done upon approval)
Balcony
- Wiping glass and safely reachable areas with a ladder.
- Wiping the railings
- Washing and mopping floor with water
- Dusting and wiping of outdoor furniture
Windows
- Internal wiping of windows and window frames
- Wiping of glass and safely reachable areas with ladder internally
Others
- Dusting and wiping of all doors, switches and sockets
- External wiping of all AC vents
Please note the following :
- Please make sure to arrange entry permits in advance
- Please inform the crew if cupboard contents need to be organized
- Any special instructions may or may not be catered depending on the scope of work and crew schedule
- Our agents will be happy to assist in case of such queries
- You will get the best results in unfurnished homes. It’s the perfect service for moving in/out!
- Outdoor sheds, storage areas and garden areas are not included in this service
